How do I log-in to my account?
First go to your browser. Search www.eloadxpress.com and you will be directed to our website. At the upper right corner of the page, there will be a portal asking for your user name and password. Your username usually starts with the code PEPDxxxxxxx while the password is the default password ( if not yet changed). (with video tutorial)
How do I register a new PEP dealer?
Once you’re logged in, you can register your new PEP Dealer as your first level downline by clicking “my registration”. Fill out the spaces with the corresponding information. Make sure you have your PEP code assigned to your new downline. PEP code is provided by the office or the Distributors on your area after payment of the registration fee worth 299. How do I change my password?
On the homepage, click “change password” button. Fill out the spaces with the correct information. Make sure you click the “update password” button twice. The first click will recognize if the new passwords typed matched and the second click will confirm that the password was successfully updated. ( with video tutorial)
How do I withdraw my fund?
Click the “withdraw fund” button. Type your password and the desired amount to be withdrawn. Minimum withdrawal is 100 pesos less 10% tax, less 30 pesos for every transaction. Cut-off for withdrawal of fund is every Tuesday , 11:59 pm. Release of commission in a form of check is every Friday of the same week.

How do I transfer my commission to other PEP dealer?
Click the “transfer fund” button. Type your password. Type the name of the person you wish to transfer your fund to. Make sure you know the exact PEP ID of the person. Select the correct username . Type the amount to be transferred and click the “click icon”. To make sure the fund transfer proceeded, check the transfer fund logs. ( with video tutorial)
How do I edit my profile?
Click the “my account profile”. Fill in the necessary information, then click update profile button at the bottom of the page. Reload the page, check the upper right side of your profile to make sure if your information was updated.

When can I start earning money?
You can start earning as soon as you sign up and pay the registration fee. You will receive all the link code you will need to refer potential PEP dealers.
What happens if i forgot my PEP account password?
Send an email to eloadxpress@yahoo.com.ph with a valid ID attached to request for password retrieval. Password retrieval is only honoured if the request is sent via email.
How do i get my access to my success and motivational ebooks?
